They’re a private company, but Pacaso just reserved the Nasdaq ticker “$PCSO.”

No surprise the same firms that backed Uber, eBay, and Venmo already invested in Pacaso. What is unique is Pacaso is giving the same opportunity to everyday investors. And 10,000+ people have already joined them.

Created a former Zillow exec who sold his first venture for $120M, Pacaso brings co-ownership to the $1.3T vacation home industry.

They’ve generated $1B+ worth of luxury home transactions across 2,000+ owners. That’s good for more than $110M in gross profit since inception, including 41% YoY growth last year alone.

And you can join them today for just $2.90/share. But don’t wait too long. Invest in Pacaso before the opportunity ends September 18.

Market Recap

Dow Notches Another Record

Stocks recorded modest gains on Friday despite a mixed earnings report from Nvidia. The S&P 500 rose 0.3%, marking its 20th record close of the year, while the Nasdaq advanced 0.5%.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average added 72 points, achieving its second record close of 2025. This performance reflects a shift in investor sentiment as markets absorb Nvidia's results amid ongoing optimism in the broader economy.

Here’s what to be optimistic about: The economy grew faster than initially reported, expanding at an annualized rate of 3.3% in the second quarter, a significant rebound from the 0.5% contraction in the previous quarter.

This growth was driven by increased business investments in AI and upward revisions to both consumer spending and business investments in equipment. As a result, the underlying measure of domestic demand rose, signaling stronger economic fundamentals.

That said, while the outlook remains positive, investors should remain mindful of potential headwinds, particularly the ongoing impact of tariffs, which continue to introduce uncertainty and could restrain future growth.
